The setting is marvellous, not far from the centre of the shopping area, city center and shops/ restaurants and bars, nice area.

It has incredible, good setting, close enough to the city centre, close to many nice places to see in Derry, close to shops restaurants and the shopping area and local attractions. Also, we both liked Free Derry Corner Famous Wall, located not very far from the hotel.

Had 6 days in Londonderry, spending my time here lovely. The staff were nice, courteous. The room was fabulous and bright with microwave, crockery, as example, I greatly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Also, a parish church was close enough.
